When a good tomahawk slicing video goes bad....notice as arguably one of the best bites from the whole steak falls off of the table and was quickly consumed by a waiting lab. No more filming after that...

Grilled sea bass topped with fresh tomatoes from the garden. Served with twice baked sweet potato with taleggio cheese and green beans.
Last night’s experiment - shrimp pad Thai on the outdoor cooker - topped with peanuts and fresh basil from the garden...not quite as good as in Thailand but worth giving it a shot!

Saving it for the weekend and going light tonight with blackened and grilled shrimp Cesar salads.
Not everything delicious has to be grilled...these soft shell crabs 🦀were lightly battered and fried in peanut oil to a perfect crisp!
