Today's the day! Our book is live on Amazon. I'll add the link below in the comments. I wrote chapter 23. I am very excited to share my personal Love Initiation.

The entire team of writers on this project traveled together to Egypt in 2023. Each day was filled with adventure. We visited the sacred sites together starting at sun rise each day. Breakfast was often our first break of the day and one of my favorite times as we shared our experiences from the site we just visited. For me this journey helped facilitate the vulnerability of the story I share in this book.

Great interview with Michelle Yeoh this morning on CBS Sunday morning. Michelle is a 60 year old action movie hero! I enjoyed her most recent movie “Everything Everywhere All at Once". She is extremely talented and the queen of martial arts.

At the 3:15 mark in the interview she talks about her morning meditation mantra:

"I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you."

She mentions using this prayer as a means to say thank you to her body for taking all the bumps and bruises.

This is a great example of Ho'oponopono.❤️❤️❤️❤️
