Robot Haiku

Haiku was created by Denver based artist, Dave Pendleton. The Haiku image is copyrighted and listed Most of Haiku’s time is spent contemplating simple things.

Acrylic black and white painted illustrations, 8 x 8 x 2.5 inches, of a small curious robot named, Haiku. Haiku is a small curious robot made from discarded cardboard boxes. Haiku’s right hand is a wooden spoon, the left hand is a wooden fork. The face is simply two eyes and a mouth, which looks to have been drawn on with a black marker. Watching Haiku gives us permission to also move slower and reflect on the quiet things around us.
