I had so much fun making this Minnie mouse 1st birthday cake. It reminds me of all the fun I have on my family trip every year at disneyland!

I think I'm a genius! So I was making tiramisu and when I was done and put it into the fridge to set I noticed the I still had a bit of the kahlua espresso mixture I use to soak th email lady fingers in and a bit of the mascarpone whip cream filling left so I was like hmmm, I bet that would be a really yummy coffee. So I dumped the rest of the mascarpone whip cream into the espresso mix and heated it up and whala! Super yummy tiramisu coffee!

Today I had a mad craving for peanut butter cookies, and then I was like wait I'm a baker I probably have all the ingredients to make peanut butter cookies....... and of course I did! Nomnomnom
