A huge shoutout to Sakhi Trust, Shadhika's Partner in Karnataka who hosted a remarkable 'Convention on Dignity, Sustainability of Devadasi Mothers and Children' last month. The event was conducted entirely by the young women from Devadasi families, and was attended by over 350 women and youth from 6 taluks of Vijayanagar district. Young women leaders from the community took the stage to share their insights and recommendations on ensuring justice and access to rights.
