The Colorado Department of Revenue recently released the pending new rules for Colorado’s medical ma*****na industry, which will become effective on July 1st, 2011.

The 77-page document is designed to address several areas of concern with the current state guidelines, including cultivation practices, security issues, and the information allowed law enforcement officials.

Department of Revenue - Enforcement Group:Medical Ma*****na The proposed rules have been approved by the State Licensing Authority and are under legal review by the State Attorney General’s Office and Legislative Legal Services, who must issue opinions by March 30, 2011.
