As virtually everyone is now aware, not only is Alzheimer’s a critical threat to global brain health, but now COVID-19 is also a threat, causing brain fog in many currently but potentially increasing risk for dementia in the decades to come. Now, scientists in Australia have found that long COVID has some similarities with early-stage Alzheimer’s.

Since Alzheimer’s is a network insufficiency and COVID may compromise circulation and incite autoimmunity, this is in line with what we might predict.
