We source coffee from small, independent farm owners who grow in ideal conditions. Single-origin coffee means that it comes from one single location, and that we purchase directly from the farmers themselves rather than a middleman. Big labels and bulk coffee tend to not have that extremely fresh taste, due to 1) a lower quality bean, and 2) having a longer period of time on the shelf after roasti

We had such a fun time last night at The Golden Mercantile Coop listening to author Sue Hinkin (Suehinkinauthor) read from her most recent thriller novel, The RX for Murder! Learned quite a bit about the writing process behind this book and the wild facts about the pharmaceutical industry that Sue uncovered while researching.
