"When next it snows, imagine this as a cleansing energy that heals and renews the world. Or instead (especially for those in warmer climes and seasons), you can visualize an inward snow that covers over what feels grimy or jagged inside. Let this image be a source of positive renewal for the day ahead."

I Am Recovery Happy Holidays!

Full Moon Reflection and Release:
Under the luminous full moon, find a quiet space outdoors or by a window where you can see the moon clearly. Take a few moments to ground yourself, feeling the earth beneath you.

Breathe and Center:
Close your eyes and take several deep, cleansing breaths. Inhale deeply, hold for a moment, and exhale slowly. With each breath, imagine yourself becoming more connected to the energy of the full moon.

Reflect on Intentions:
Think about the intentions and goals you set during the last new moon. Reflect on the progress you've made and the challenges you've faced. Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small.

Release and Let Go:
Write down any fears, doubts, or obstacles that are holding you back from fully embracing your intentions. These can be physical limitations or emotional barriers. As you write, imagine transferring these obstacles onto the paper.

Burn or Bury Your Worries:
If safe and appropriate, you can choose to burn the paper (using a fireproof container) or bury it in the earth. As you do so, visualize the energy of the full moon transmuting these challenges into positive, empowering energy.

Express Gratitude:
Take a moment to express gratitude for the progress you've made and for the support you've received, both from within yourself and from the universe. Feel a sense of appreciation for the journey you're on.

Set New Intentions:
In the gentle glow of the moonlight, set new intentions for the upcoming lunar cycle. These can be aligned with your previous goals or new aspirations that have emerged.

Meditate and Absorb Moonlight:
Sit quietly, basking in the moonlight. Visualize the moon's energy enveloping you, filling you with clarity, strength, and a sense of renewal.

Closing Affirmation:
End with a positive affirmation, such as: "I am aligned with the energy of the full moon. I release what no longer serves me and embrace new beginnings. I am ready to move forward with strength and purpose."

Remember, the full moon is a powerful time for reflection, release, and renewal. Trust in the process and believe in the potential for positive transformation.
