Not into peas but I do love carrots! NOT into difficult photography. Dark backgrounds don't like any camera apparatus. I regress. Focused on brushwork & mark-making-quickly. I dig the deep, dark purple-ish/violet-ish background with hints of periwinkle blue! Swoon worthy even if I say so myself!! I did a companion piece of beets, I'll dig it out to share.

Pushing my luck with this one. 😂 But I think it came out okay? It's about 1970 & my Pepaw got a new tractor from Santa. He had a pretty good size farm near Pleasant Hope, MO. I spent many summers there, running amuck in the fields & flowers, the ponds & bubbly little creeks, secret hiding places & lightnin' bugs in a jar on my nightstand. ♥️ 8x10 oil.

Oh HEYYY! 2,yes I said TWO Denver sessions for a "Starter's Guide to Plein Air Painting" are OPEN for REGISTRATION!! We'll cover the basics like planning a painting, color mixing, paint application.
