If you know me I’m the QUEEN of asking the right questions so you don’t get stuck thinking someone was one way when they’re not.

Except when there is no right question - there’s only action.

Trying is an approach in certain areas of life that works and in others it doesn’t. Is it time for a new approach?

Emotional support vs emotional dependency it’s an area of my relationship I had to look at.

Was I going to him everytime I felt anxious, uncertain, frustrated - not every time but a lot.

And then I wondered why? Why isn’t he doing all the powerful things he did before?

What changed wasn’t him, it was me. He was and is my safe space but that took up his capacity to powerfully show up and it actually minimized mine.

You see when we mostly emotionally care for ourselves it builds confidence, self trust and makes us feel like the bad asses we are.

If someone else is soothing our emotions then we’re minimizing our ability to show up in ways that makes us the proudest!

And he’s so busy supporting he has no time for the other stuff.

So although it’s great to have a man who loves, cares and is there for you - are you relying on him too much? Is it time to come back to yourself a little more?

What I know is this one shift drastically changes the dynamic without needing to change anything!

Not only are they loving, kind, funny, beautiful and intelligent - they gave me the most memorable birthday trip and a kick off into my 40s that was better than anything I could have ever asked for. 🥹

I’m so grateful for all the intention, effort, planning, care and thoughtfulness you gals put into this trip!

The late night chats, laughing till we cried, dancing on the beach, adventuring, aren’t just memories - they filled my soul and bonded us even deeper!

GREAT MEN ARE EVERYWHERE! ✨

In a time where it’s easy to give up on love because it seems impossible - these incredible women decided to believe in it and go after it anyway.

They decided that average love wasn’t an option - the only option was great love with men who’ve worked on themselves and are ready to be as intentional as they are.

These ladies realized great love isn’t found by doing the same old things - but in doing something completely different.

Receiving guidance, looking at blind spots, trusting a process, and not letting the past scare them away from a beautiful future!

Being a part of someone’s love story is one of the greatest blessings in my life - meeting these men this weekend and having them thank me - THAT hit on a level that will stay with me forever.
