Are you having problems with your digital analytics data? Don't trust the data from your Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics ecosystem?
The best place to start is with the basics and understand your implementation. Do you use a Tag Manager or is your analytics implemented directly in the site or app? Are the tag, elements, and triggers meeting the business rules you defined up front?
Implementations need maintenance and without proper attention the definitions will change over time. Get back to your data collection basics to restore confidence in your data.
For my ad agency friends, remember to check with your clients that use Google Analytics about Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
If they have not created a new GA4 property yet they should do that soon. The old version stops collecting data July 1.
