Just landed back in Boulder.
Feels sweet to be home, back in the studio, back at my altar. I’m looking forward to creating some new magic.

The rhythm is shifting again.

Kaua‘i has a way of stripping things down.

Sea turtles stretched across the sand like ancient elders. Mountains that look like they’ve been watching humans come and go for centuries. Traffic on a two lane road as a mindfulness bell. I see you, Thầy. The island moving on its own timeline.

That energy showed up on the dancefloor too. No phones. No talking. Just bodies listening for something deeper.

People came in carrying all kinds of weight. Stress, grief, joy… anger. Everything in between. And little by little the field started to shift. Sweat, breath, laughter, and tears. Something loosening its grip. The closing shares were so beautiful. 🥹

That’s the real magic of dance. You move long enough and the body starts telling the truth.

Deep respect to the Kaua‘i Ecstatic Dance family for holding such a beautiful container. Grateful to share sound on this powerful island.

The trust.
The sound of your voices vibrating through the trees.
The way you met the music and the moment with your whole being.

I felt so deeply welcomed into this field. Truly honored to share this journey with you.

Deep gratitude to the mana of this forest, and to this beautiful community that danced with so much heart.

ÁMBAR - Cuervo Cuervo, Mose, and LŪKA (CALAGNA remix) on Resueño

This track has been quietly doing its work in my ecstatic dance sets for a while now. Watching it unfold in rooms full of movement and prayer has been something special.

The original is rich with depth and intention. There’s a spaciousness in their collaboration that feels open. What an honor to shape my own expression inside something so intentional.

LŪKA’s vocals feel ancient and alive. The icaro in the build was especially important to me, letting that moment stretch and create tension before everything opens. Every time it lands, the room shifts.

There’s a line that stays with me:

“To honor the path where it leads and not turn around�Leading us deeper into ourselves�What once was lost can now be found�Flowing as we follow the sound.”

It feels less like lyrics and more like a question.�
What would it mean to actually follow the sound? To trust where the path is leading?

Deep bows to Cuervo Cuervo, Mose, and LŪKA for the trust. Stepping into this project felt aligned from the start.

Such a special send off last night at . I’m so grateful for this community. I’ll be taking all of your love, prayers and energy to Peru and beyond. I’ll be back in Boulder to play at B.E.D and hold ceremonies in late April.
