People ask, what will you do? Oh my gosh, your store has closed?! What will you do if you win that prize of the artist award?!
Well… Here’s an idea of what I’m doing. I’m going on the road to meet you all and have fun with workshops and pop-ups and inspire Hope in these times. Here’s a short little video I wanted to share with you from last time. I took the Silver Savior out on the road!
My dad and I redid this whole trailer 1974 land yacht! Lordy it’s all so amazing until you have to back it up!

Found it in 1988 in the basement of my rental house. American spirit. American heart. American Made.
In these first mere beginnings I didn’t realize what a community I was creating through creativity. My work is a combination of the spirit of the West, the and the aesthetic of modern Rockstar flair.
I am a purveyor of feisty wisdom and unapologetic boldness. Crafter of joy! Skill struggler! Empathy master with a specialty and creative compassion.
I would love to win this people’s artist award to help use the money for those folks previously been overlooked to fight against the homogenization of America, inspiring others to dream more, learn more, and do more and become more.
How? Hosting parties and adventures and workshops for women and children. To show the generations coming up that all storms passed. I still have that American dream in me. It’s alive and well.❤️

To all that is fragile, short-lived, and well loved. Thank you all for your outpouring of love and support on the closing of Sweetbird and friends in Boulder Colorado.
