True story: I walked by a murder of crows that just kept yelling at me.

I went home and wrote this song.

It’s about the universe speaking to me in ways I didn’t expect.

The third track off “A Place I Once Lived”, this song is about one of my closest and oldest friends. A brother, really.

A time when we needed space and didn’t know what the other side looked like.

This song was written as a message to myself.

I was in a slump and wasn’t sure why.

It’s also a reminder to take baby steps when healing.

Another one from the archives. I wrote this song over 10 years ago after I moved to Arizona.

This is a song about the space between heartbreak and healing.

The limbo that is life.

“Hazy”

I remember writing this one after a retreat in Estes Park with close friends. The week was over and I stepped back to reality with nothing but a haze of the week prior.

It’s a song about perseverance and overcoming the emotions that weigh us down and cloud our path.

We recorded this one in the studio and are releasing it later this year so keep your eyes peeled. 👀

“Time To Play”

My brother told me to put more videos up for people to see so I found this clip in my camera roll to start it off.

This song was originally called “Told Me” but I can’t stand being told what to do. 😂

“Time To Play” seems like a better fit because it’s always the right time to play. We learn, grow and have more fun in a playful mindset.

I wrote this song probably close to 10 years ago and it’s message and medicine still hits me to this day.

I hope you find some healing in it as well.
