Did you know that Denver’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade is the largest west of the Mississippi? 🍀
One of the parade’s most unique traditions is the annual “Changing of the Sign,” when Blake Street is temporarily renamed “Tooley Street” in honor of former District Attorney Dale Tooley.
Yesterday we joined fellow Irish organizations, the St. Patrick’s Day Parade leadership, partners from Aer Lingus, and Mike Johnston, the Mayor of Denver, to celebrate this special tradition ahead of the festivities.
Sláinte to a great St. Patrick’s Day in Denver!
We’re excited to officially launch the Instagram for Irish Network Colorado.
