We are adding another farmers market to the weekly lineup this week.
Looking forward to being in Breck on Thursday evenings for a few months! The breckenridgefarmersmarket is from 4-7 pm in the Exchange Lot and runs through September.

Saturday is another great day to visit harveyparkfarmersmarket from 9-1 at Kunsmiller Creative Arts Academy.

Sunday you have 2 choices- TheHighlandsFarmersMarket & South Pearl Street Farmers Market both from 9-1.

Have you tried the Midwest Princess??
This was one of those flavors I had thought about for a while and finally started to play around with. At first I wanted it to be a Colorado summer cookie with a Palisade peach jalapeño jam in the center…. And that was great except then I would have been making jam… and why would I do that when is right here in Denver making amazing jams already?!?!? So I chatted with the Queen of jams and got several of her varieties to taste test is the cookie and landed on the Raspberry Habanero jam- it pairs perfectly with the honey cornmeal cookie -a sweeter slightly chewy take on a cornbread. It’s perfect after a bowl of chili (even though we really have not had chili weather this winter)

I happened to finalize the recipe the summer that Chappell Roan’s album “The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess” came out so that inspired the name!

I happen to be featuring this cookie (in frozen dough form) at on Tuesday evenings from 4-7 located inside 575 South Broadway where you can also find Yummy Lotus with all her jams and a whole bunch of other amazing makers!!
