Ahhh, chronic illness flares. Whee! Noon and I’m still on the couch. I have done various healing modalities to take care of myself this morning and there isn’t much pain today so that’s a bonus.

Today is the annual IG event of posting photos from through out your day. I'm nit great at doing each hour but let's start and see what I do this year.

Amma sleeping - she prefers to stay in bed at least 30 minutes after I get up. Just enough time to make sure breakfast is waiting for her ☺️

Finally planted this weekend before heading to the mountains. Amma seems to approve.

First Mother's Day truly without her. It was a long road and glad she isn't trapped in her body anymore and running around with Dad again. 💕

3How it started and how it's going. 3 years ago today I brought Amma home from and thanks to hair cuts, Prozac and lots of love, she's like a different dog. 💕💕

I know it’s after Christmas but just went into my neighbor’s house today and saw what the elementary school children came up with as a way hang stockings in a chimney-less house. Love it! That is a piece if sculpture that always hangs on the wall.
