Diabetes Support Network is dedicated to making diabetes resources accessible in underserved rural communities through its Living Actively with Diabetes program, virtual and in-person diabetes management training sessions, and exercise and nutrition courses, all with the goal of improving the lives of people living with diabetes

*To raise awareness about rural communities and diabetes, Diabetes Support Network will be sharing facts and information about this VERY important population in the United States. Without rural communities, our food supply could be at risk.*
