This week we toured Macanta, a Lennar masterplan community tucked into the foothills of Castle Rock with 13 miles of open trail running right through it.

We walked the Palmer model: 5 beds, 5.5 baths, 4,116 square feet, priced at $1,059,900. Every secondary bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in closet, there’s an unfinished walk-out basement, and a covered deck off the main floor. Then we hit the parks and the resort-style clubhouse.
