Some home-buying journeys take months. This one took just 3 weeks. ✨

My amazing Air Force clients were relocating from out of state, so we packed what could have been months of searching into a single day of home tours. We looked at several homes, but as often happens, the very last one was the one.

Fast forward just three weeks, and we’re officially closing on their Colorado home! πŸ‘πŸŽ‰

One of my favorite moments from this transaction was capturing the signing process from two different states, my clients signing documents from Los Angeles while I was here in Colorado helping bring everything together. Technology is pretty incredible, but helping great people start their next chapter is even better.
