Commerce in Motion at Greyhound Park. Delwest continues work on The Vista at Greyhound Park, a new townhome community that will add 120 homes to the overall Greyhound Park redevelopment in Commerce City. Located near James Allen Park and Greyhound Grounds Coffee House House, this project is part of Delwest’s long-term vision for the site. More updates to come as we move toward an anticipated Spring 2026 opening.
2025 was a year full of community, connection, and a lot of great moments. From resident events to neighborhood gatherings, none of this would have been possible without our incredible teams and the residents who show up, support one another, and make these communities what they are.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this year such a meaningful one. We’re grateful for the work, the laughs, and the memories along the way.

Park Hill Park is officially open! 🌳
We’re thrilled to share that Denver’s newest urban park — Park Hill Park — is now open daily from dawn to dusk, just steps from Park Hill 4000 and Park Hill Station, and only a few blocks from Holly38.
Our team was proud to be part of the grand opening ceremony celebrating this incredible addition to the neighborhood. If you visit, be sure to stop by the tree marker honoring Park Hill Dave — the beloved stray dog who made this area his home and became a local legend before being adopted by the parks director. 🐾
Meeting Park Hill Dave was a highlight for so many of us, and it’s special to see his story live on right here in the park.

Park Hill Park opens Tuesday, Oct 28 at 3:30 PM. At 155 acres, it’s one of Denver’s largest new urban parks in more than a century. It will open for daylight hours only with passive use to start.
We’re excited for our communities at Park Hill 4000 , Park Hill Station (next door), and Holly38 (just a few blocks away) to enjoy the new open space.
