Saw this on an Adobe Max Community post. This is so accurate. If you work with a creative person, be careful your egocentric tendencies don’t try to ruin a masterpiece. Simpler is better. Don’t be THAT client or executive that just wants to change things to make yourself feel needed 🙄

Wouldn’t it be nice if it were this obvious? 🤷‍♀️ Running a business takes guts 💥💕💪🏻 But you also have to follow your gut ✅ When a client comes to me complaining about their former designer... I’m not a big fan of taking their business. 1) I hate negativity 2) Designing is hard...damn hard 3) It makes me think they are ridiculous to please. Sometimes I take the challenge, like if their designer didn’t give them the editable files and left them in a tough spot. But follow your gut on accepting work. Inheriting some clients’ procrastination habits is sometimes toxic. Take control of your happiness.
