Despite more homes coming to market, supply remains constrained compared to May 2025, creating potentially favorable conditions for sellers entering the busy summer season. Closed home sales rose 15.7% from April and 2.2% year-over-year, signaling sustained buyer demand. Homes continued to move efficiently, with average days on market rising slightly month-over-month but remaining 5.4% lower than last year.
