CIRC Union stands in solidarity with UFCW Local 7 Members United King Soopers workers! Last we unionized to fight for and win better pay, better healthcare, better working conditions, and more and we support our fellow Coloradans who are fighting for the same things!

Stand with the strikers and if you visit your local King Soopers:
1. DO NOT purchase anything from the store while the strike is ongoing
2. DO go in and politely express your support for the strike to management

King Soopers Strike Begins, Union Says Grocery Store Has 'Unfair Labor Practices' Thousands of grocery store employees in Colorado are on strike after negotiations between the union and King Soopers fell apart.

Last year, CIRC Management recognized the formation of a staff union. This November, the contract was officially ratified by all parties, after many months of negotiations. The union, Colorado Immigrant Rights Workers United, joins the Denver Newspaper Guild! We are so excited and thankful for all of the work done by our staff members to make this a reality. Organizations should reflect the values they advocate for on an internal level and CIRC is doing just that with a union!
