𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝘽𝙞𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙙𝙖𝙮 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙

In 12 weeks, I'll be running 30 miles for my 30th birthday.
The plan is to just maintain my fitness I have already built from Big Sur training and as always, have fun.

I made myself a small training plan to lightly follow.
Today was an easy 10 miler and surprisingly felt amazing despite being warm with the very late start.

August is going to be warm so if I get a late start to my day now, I'm heat training... 𝚛𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚝? 😅
