"Virtual Assistant" and "Social Media Manager" are both broad terms. Then I decided to apply them to healthcare and it became even more confusing!

So here's a bit of what I've done already this week:

* Sent patients superbills
* Created social media posts
* Designed two new monthly newsletters
* Managed a BUSY doctor's waitlist
* Moderated Facebook groups with over 1000 members
* Called references for a prospective associate doctor
* Engaged followers on social media
* and of course, there was coffee ☕️
