Mixing new floors into the existing floors on our next project. We’re just at the start after demolition of this full first floor renovation!

Basement renovation after! We took inspiration from the architecture of this 1910 Spanish mission style home in country club, with vibrant tiles, modern lines and a functional layout. From a raw open space, We created a space that will now be loved and used. We hid as many mechanicals as possible, leaving only the main heating pipes visible. Now there is a true laundry room, original laundry chute intact and extra storage, a cold storage canning room, a beautiful foyer at the bottom of the stairs, a gorgeous bathroom, a wonderful, great room with a fantastic bar and a small nook for an office. Durable and stylish! This homeowner needed a revamp for their kids bath. They were looking for something very durable yet still stylish. You know boys will be boys 😜 so we created a space that meets those needs and will be updatable in the future. Sometimes function has to paramount to design. Luckily, we work with all priorities. All metal finishes. Fixed glass shower panel. Relocated shower valve, full tile walls at wet areas and “splash areas” Open cabinetry and a high capacity fan combine to create a beautiful and functional space. Added fully water proof underlayment provides peace of mind.

This blank basement will soon shine!

Welcome to this tranquil primary bath retreat! Our client wanted a more useful space that would accommodate them for years to come. A large shower replaces the unused tub and an added vanity allows for more use of the space. All new fittings, tile, paint and a whisper quiet fan create a restful retreat to escape too.

Secondary Bath revamp! We took this builder basic bath from blah to yes! Keeping the original wainscoting and crown molding help tie this space into the existing home. Everything else had to go including a noisy fan ;) All new fittings and tile blend modern with a touch of tradition. This space is ready to welcome guests!

In the Home stretch! Just waiting on some mirrors and these baths are all ready!!!
