We have been honored to foster for the CO SAINT BERNARD RESCUE for several years now. Dusk was a long-term stay and had fostered with us for over a year before he got adopted. We are so happy that he finally found his forever family!

For those who find forever homes, we refer all CSBR alumni to Kat’s K9s, Inc. Saints in particular can take advantage of Saint-special boarding rates. The volunteers we have on site also work for KK9s, so you can rest assured that your Saint will be in familiar, loving hands. 🥰

Happy ! Last year, contributed to our first funding goal for our fence (which we achieved!). This year, they are generously donating 15% of sales again TODAY, to help us raise money for a down payment on a bigger facility! This space will give us more opportunities to safely and comfortably house more dogs who need low-cost boarding, and to continue providing reliable foster care for shelters and rescues.

You can visit Em’s Ice Cream in Wheat Ridge between 12pm-9pm today (Saturday). Grab some ice cream for you, and a free pup cup for your dog!

ROOM FOR RENT at No Ruff Housing (CO)! We are looking to rent a bedroom at our house in Aurora, CO for 2026. This lease can be up to one year at a time. The ideal candidate would be willing to help us care for our foster animals. Rent is usually $1800 per month (all-inclusive) but we would be willing to consider a discounted amount in exchange for overnight care. Overnight care would include potty breaks between 6 PM-8 PM, dinner, potty break/playtime again, and then sleep. Morning care would include the same routine starting between 6 AM-8 AM. Outside of these hours, we will have volunteers helping during the day, so this is perfect for someone who works a day job. 

The bedroom has its own private bathroom and might be lightly furnished. Parking in front of the house is available, and utilities are covered up to a certain amount. Must pass a background check and have references. Couples allowed, but no children. The house has a shared kitchen and dining space for other tenants occupying the two additional bedrooms. A deposit is required, along with proof of renters insurance.
