During the pandemic, she even hauled medical supplies through the night just to make sure hospitals got what they needed.

Jessica isn’t “just a trucker.”
She’s a road warrior, a provider, and a reminder that grit has no gender.

I met a little boy at a rest stop last week. He ran up to my truck, eyes wide, and said,
“Wow! Is this your house?”

I laughed and told him, “Kind of. It’s where I eat, sleep, and chase sunsets.”
He smiled and said, “Then you must see the whole world!”

And he’s right, I do see the world, mile by mile. But what most people don’t see are the nights I miss home, the birthdays spent on the road, or the silence that fills the cab after a long day.

Truckers should not be required to read the cat in the hat at truck inspection. That is just ridiculous. Truckers with 20-30 years of experience are losing their cdl because they couldn’t read a sentence out of a children’s book. That’s not fair.
