Our story of The Rose Lady begins on the corner of West Colfax & Perry. Way back in the day, Rosen's Delicatessen was owned and operated by Jerry Rosen's parents. Our historic block of West Colfax blossomed in the early 1990s when Jerry Rosen & Deb Orban fell in love. She eventually moved into the former deli space as a home to sell her flowers.
