Not sure what to feed your worms… check this resource out.
One of the things I love most about vermicomposting is that it really holds space for the person that is stewarding the Worms. We all have different experiences. We all have different staples in our diet. As you advance in your journey as a Worm farmer, you will develop a relationship with your Worms and their tiny neighbors and uncover the things that they prefer to eat most, the bedding that they like best, and the amount of moisture that they prefer in the bin.
Use this as a supportive guide along your journey and as always reach out if you have any questions.
