What makes a disagreement good, bad, memorable? We asked a few strangers on the streets of Michigan to reflect and share.

Some of the biggest takeaways?
1) Communication can be challenging.
2) Emotions can get the best of us.
3) Everyone disagrees sometimes.

For ways to go about disagreeing in more productive ways, check out our website. Link in bio!

Will you go to prom with… Kate?

Thursday, June 25, 2026 @ 5:30 PM, The Historic Evans School in Denver, CO!

When it comes to building a healthier Colorado, we're all continuously learning, and it's important to celebrate our progress along the way. For this year’s Believe in Better event, we're taking it back to school and throwing a prom in the auditorium of the revitalized historic Evans School!

For decades, the Evans School served generations of Denver students, adapting to the evolving needs of the community. That spirit of evolution mirrors our mission and values, and we could not think of a better place to host a “night to remember” – complete with gowns, awkward dancing, and prom pictures. When we keep learning and leading, there's always a reason to celebrate – and a real impact to show for it.

Hear from one of the T21 Teen Council advocates, Nevaeh, on why they were handing out snow cones to the North Carolina General Assembly!

Solly’s Law, HB430/SB318, would raise North Carolina’s ni****ne age from 18 to 21 and institute a required permit for product sales. Many other states have already taken these steps, and it’s time NC does the same.

Highlighting another incredible advocacy move by T21’s Teen Council! This group handed out snow cones at the NC General Assembly Wednesday to advocate for better ni****ne sales laws.

According to Meg Molloy, campaign director for the To***co 21 Coalition, “Candy and fruit flavors belong in snow cones, not in vapes, ci******es or ni****ne pouches. Yet flavored ni****ne products are easily purchased by underage youth at shops all across the state. They’re clearly marketed to young people, and North Carolina’s sales regulations are woefully inadequate.”

The group was there to support Solly’s Law, HB430/SB318. Solly’s Law would raise North Carolina’s ni****ne age from 18 to 21 and institute a required permit for product sales.

Not only is this a necessary step to protect youth from harmful products, but one that a majority of other states have already implemented.

Colorado voters have some strong opinions about the 2028 presidential primaries. We polled both Republicans and Democrats who are likely voters in the upcoming primary elections, and the results are in →

Who do YOU think will come out on top in the presidential primaries? Or… who do you think is on the bottom?

Who are we? Why do we do what we do?

A few things "running" through our heads during the Colfax Marathon included health access and equity, public discourse, and all the ways we can continue to promote healthier lifestyles.

Did you know... It takes an average of 20 minutes to refocus after a distraction?!

It shouldn't be teachers vs. phones. 📵📚

We "ran" into these two during the Colfax marathon a few weeks ago and wanted to highlight their sign: "Protect Kids and Teens from AI Harm."

We couldn't agree more. The conversation around kids' health and safety is expanding and AI must be a part of it. From data privacy to mental health impacts, young people are already navigating a digital landscape that policy hasn't fully caught up to yet.

We hit the streets of Michigan and asked strangers a few questions! One of our favorites was this: Who is healthier — your generation or your parents'? 🎤
