The wonderful combination of two of my favorite things: coffee and flavorful low-abv beer.
Don’t let the humble 5.4% fool you, the aroma and flavor is just like a light roast latte that’s dangerously smooth.

Triple dry-hopped hazy DIPA w/ Nelson Sauvin, Rakau, second-use Pacifica T-90 & Freestyle Nelson hop kief coming in at 8.4%.

Next Saturday, June 20th we celebrate our 2nd anniversary!!

Coincidentally it’s the same weekend as the summer solstice ☀️

To celebrate we will be releasing 4 beers which will each have their own detailed posts. Until then, here’s some brief descriptions:

Obscured: Pacifica

DDH Hazy IPA made with Pacifica T-90 & Freestyle Wai-iti hop kief just before packaging.

Continuing on our single hop exploration on the hazy side of things we wanted to pick a truly under-appreciated from New Zealand, the humble Pacifica.

Low alpha acid, juicy-almost-marmalade notes, slightly spicy, a touch menthol, and slight grassy character. Think NZ Cascade meets Galaxy and we love it.

This might also be the most haze positive hop we’ve ever utilized.

This Saturday join us for our annual pre-summer Mexican Lager release!
Atigrado is a Mexican-style lager made with pilsner, flaked maize, and Vienna malts. It is naturally carbonated via spunding and happily dry-hopped with Motueka for a nice lime bite 🍋‍🟩

Get a pour directly from the tank for a naturally carbonated, unfiltered experience.

Our owner and brewer John will be personally pouring from his tanks, giving a tour of our brew area, and available to answer any questions.

Atigrado was our first ever lager and people loved it so much we wanted to release it every year on Memorial Day weekend!

We’ll also be serving it filtered on draft and will have 4-packs available to go.

Bucket and a M.O.P. Is a smoothie sour loaded with mango, orange & pineapple 🥭 🍊 🍍

This smoothie sour is one of our favorites with the perfect bright, slightly tart, sweet, delicious tropical flavors, and always dairy free 🌴 🏖️

Spring is definitely here and it’s starting to warm up.
Come cool off and have a few of these, surely there’s vitamins in the fruit or something.

Vertigo is our “flagship” West Coast IPA that comes in at 7.5% abv hopped with classic Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe hops. It tastes how we think west coast IPA should taste, which might not be your exact interpretation and that’s fine. But it’s back tomorrow 🍻

Even flagships need a break and Vertigo took a much needed 4 month break but is finally ready to return, crispier and hoppier than ever!

Expect classic citrus, floral, and dank notes with just enough bitterness to let you know it’s a classic IPA but just so crisp you want another sip. Who knows you might be spinning and not finding your feet if you drink one too many.

From late January through March we raised money for the National Immigrant Justice Center.

In total from pints sold, 4-packs sold, and cash donations we were able to donate $738 to a great cause!
