Removal and rough in for drinking fountain

Window well drain ended up going to nothing and was full of mud. Installed drain with accessible sand interceptor and clean out to the inside crawl space all the way to the sump pump

Just removed a 42 year old water heater and it was still running!! 1984! They don’t make them like they used to

Did an under mount sink to go with the new bridge faucet I installed
