What an incredible week at our Summer Entrepreneurship Camp! 🌟

DEEP Impact was honored to partner with Sims-Fayola Foundation, Royal Mentoring Group, and NuVision to empower our middle school boys of color through our Passion to Profit: Youth Entrepreneur Workshop.

Throughout the week, students explored their unique personalities, learned the value of teamwork, and developed the skills needed to transform their ideas into viable business concepts. Today, they proudly presented their business ventures to a panel and were evaluated on multiple criteria, showcasing the hard work, creativity, and determination they demonstrated all week long.

A huge thank you to our partners, mentors, volunteers, and families for making this week a success. The future is bright, and these young entrepreneurs are just getting started! 🚀💼✨

This week at Deep Impact's Summer Entrepreneurship Camp in partnership with Sims-Fayola Foundation, our students took an important step in their entrepreneurial journey by connecting business ideas with personal values.

After completing personality tests earlier in the week, campers began brainstorming and developing businesses that align with their unique strengths and interests. Along the way, they engaged in thoughtful conversations about the values that guide their decisions, including qualities like trust, kindness, respect, responsibility, and integrity.

These discussions helped students understand that successful entrepreneurship encompasses more than just products and profits. Great businesses are built by leaders who know what they stand for and use their talents to create a positive impact in their communities.

We are proud of the creativity, self-reflection, and leadership our campers demonstrated and look forward to seeing their business ideas take shape after refining their drafts.
