An unforgettable night at Mizuna ✨🍷!

We had the opportunity to experience both of their chef’s tasting menus, and honestly, every single course felt like a piece of art. From the moment the first dish arrived, we knew we were in for something special. The presentation was absolutely beautiful, every plate thoughtfully crafted with so much detail and creativity.

What made the experience even better was how every course completely surprised us in a different way. Some dishes were rich and comforting, others were light and delicate, but everything was perfectly balanced and packed with flavor. You can truly tell how much passion and intention goes into every element of the menu.

The seasonal ingredients, elegant plating, and overall atmosphere made the entire dinner feel so elevated from start to finish. It’s one of those dining experiences where you want to slow down and enjoy every bite because each course tells its own story.

Mizuna continues to prove why it’s such an iconic spot in Denver’s dining scene. Whether you’re celebrating something special, planning a date night, or simply looking for an unforgettable meal, this is the kind of place that leaves a lasting impression long after dinner is over.

Newly opened and already a new favorite 🍜🍣!

Started with crispy shrimp tempura and a bold black pepper tuna salad, then moved into perfectly grilled A5 wagyu beef and Hokkaido scallop skewers.

From there, it was all about the rolls: California, Toki, tuna, and rainbow. Each one fresh and beautifully done.

We couldn’t skip the sashimi: hamachi, tuna, and salmon, all melt-in-your-mouth. And finally… the unagi don I’ve been searching for. It was rich, savory, and so satisfying.

Then we ended with their seafood ramen loaded with lobster tail, scallops, shrimp, and clams. It was flavor packed and comforting in every bite.

They also have lunch specials for $20 per person where you can choose one starter and a ramen, such a good deal for the quality.
