That realization shaped how we built ZICT.

And now, as AI begins reshaping organizations at scale, we are seeing those same readiness gaps appear again — this time inside businesses, institutions, and workforce systems trying to adapt to an entirely new shift.

The conversation is no longer just about learning technology.

It is about whether people and organizations are truly prepared for where the world is heading.
