So if anyone would like to be my neighbor or knows anyone who might, There is a property for sale here in San Isidro , P***s Blancas, San Ramon, Allejuela, just down the road from me. The gentleman is older with health issues so asked me if I knew anyone who might be interested. There is an existing Tico traditional house already with nearly a 1/4 acre of land with banana, plantain, lime mango and other fruit tree's. The property it abuts to the rear like most of the properties in this area has been newly built and is beautiful, so your neighbors unlike me are Posh. Think my presence is the only negative aspect you would deal with 🤨 The area overall is beautiful and mostly very well kept homes with land. Message me for further info if interested. I'm just trying to be a good neighbor and help this older guy but it is a great area to live or invest in. 😃

So the new place is ready for guests, just the main house and pool cabin for now. Finished painting exterior of the other cabin but still needs work inside. Posted the airbnb link if anyone is interested in spending some time in Fortuna. Have a few reservations already,
