Did you know that DSST Schools has proposed a new elementary school at Painted Prairie?

If approved, students who begin at DSST Elementary would have a direct pathway into the planned DSST Middle and High Schools at Aurora Highlands — offering continuity through graduation.

This tuition-free APS-charter school needs our support to provide a high-quality educational experience just minutes from our neighborhoods.

DSST is collecting Kindergarten Intent to Enroll forms for children entering Kindergarten in Fall 2029. Right now, there are 28 intents submitted, and they need closer to 80–90 by March 1st to demonstrate strong community interest to APS.

Submitting a form does not lock you in. You are simply helping show that this option is desired. If your family’s plans change later, that’s completely fine.

If you have a child between 1.5 and 3 years old, please consider submitting the 2-minute form before March 1.
