Welcome to Soul Centered. We are a spiritual center for individuals seeking meaning, purpose, and healing.

We were just two souls in a parked car, with the wide field with us and the Bisons
moving slow and steady in the distance.

Just our music playing low… then louder… until our hearts really opened.

It didn’t look spiritual from the outside but just an ordinary moment.

But inside the car, we weren't just listening and singing, we were reconnecting with each other, breathing together, singing together and remembering why we chose each other.

Love isn’t sustained by logistics. It’s sustained by presence.

A pause in the middle of everything.

Life moves fast, kids, work, parents, responsibilities. Even the beautiful things can pull us outward. And sometimes we start living beside each other instead of with each other. Logistics instead of soul.

Then there are moments like this, in the middle of the chaos, when we remember: there’s love between us.

This picture brought us back.
Back to each other. Back to Gd. Back to ourselves.

Like, “Oh. There you are.” Not the role. Not the stress. You.

Life will stay busy. But love is in the returning, choosing, again and again, to turn toward each other.

We just have to keep coming back.

02/18/2026

There is a difference between being busy and being connected. Life will always offer more to do. More deadlines. More urgency. More noise.

But the soul asks something quieter:

Are you tending what matters?

We stepped away — not because things were breaking, but because love, like the soul, requires attention.

Chronos counts minutes. Kairos makes sense.

Connection doesn’t grow in leftover time. It grows at the chosen time.

This is your invitation: Step away. Have the conversation. Tend the fire — before it needs repair.

With love,
Ariela & B

There’s a shift that happens when you drop out of the chaos and into the heart. Judgment falls away. Freedom moves in.

True spirituality isn’t about escaping life—it’s about being grounded enough to bring that peace back into it. Feet on the earth, heart wide open.

In this tool, "Ride The Stock Market," Baruch explores the story of Michelangelo's creation of the sculpture of David and the lessons we can learn from it. The main themes include not passing over the blemished aspects of ourselves and others, the idea that meaning is not created but discovered, and the importance of removing obstacles to reveal our true purpose.

The conversation emphasizes the role of vision, participation, and the transformative power of going through struggle and suffering.

Ride The Stock Market - The Defiant Spirit 05/16/2024

In this tool, “Ride The Stock Market,” B explores the concept of zooming out and taking a broader perspective on life and finances. Emphasizing the importance of not getting caught up in day-to-day fluctuations and instead focusing on the long-term trajectory.

The stock market is used as a metaphor for life, with its highs and lows representing the peaks and valleys we experience.

The key takeaway is to find meaning and opportunity in both the highs and lows and to embrace the natural rhythms of life.
