Most women won’t hire a coach because they’re afraid it means giving up vacation.
The cocktails.
The restaurant meals.
The lazy mornings with nowhere to be.
And I get it, because every diet they’ve ever tried made them feel that way.
But here’s what coaching actually does…
It builds a foundation so strong that life doesn’t undo you.
Not willpower.
Not restriction.
A real understanding of how your body works so when vacation comes, you just... enjoy it.
One of my clients just got back from a trip. She didn’t track every bite. She didn’t stress. She lived. And she came home exactly where she left off.
That’s not luck.
That’s what happens when you stop white-knuckling and start building something sustainable.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign that you don’t have to choose between results and a life you enjoy… this is it.

Most people see this version of me… and assume it’s all I’ve ever known.
They see the muscle.
The discipline.
The physique.
The confidence.
What they don’t see is the woman who was nearly 200 pounds postpartum.
The woman navigating physical pain, hormonal chaos, emotional trauma, and the overwhelming identity shift that comes with motherhood.
There was a season of my life where I felt completely disconnected from myself. And that’s why I share this.
Because too many people compare their chapter 1 to someone else’s chapter 20.
A client told me on a sales call this week, “I had no idea you were ever overweight.”
And honestly… that stuck with me.
Because it reminded me how easy it is to look at someone’s current body and assume they’ve always had it figured out.
But transformation isn’t just about losing weight.
It’s about rebuilding trust with yourself.

Keeping promises to yourself.

Showing up on the hard days.

Learning patience when progress feels painfully slow.
I didn’t go from postpartum and struggling to this overnight.
This took years.
Years of healing.
Years of consistency.
Years of choosing progress over perfection.
So if you’re in the messy middle right now… please hear me…
Don’t get so fixated on the end result that you fail to appreciate the journey.
The woman you’re becoming is being built in the process.
And that process matters more than you realize. ❤️

“I look in the mirror now, and I have found myself again.”
That line stopped me in my tracks.
Not because of the pounds lost.
Not because of the inches gone.
Not because of the progress photos.
Because so many moms know exactly what that feeling is like.
You spend months growing a baby. Then months (or years) pouring everything you have into everyone else. Somewhere along the way, the woman staring back at you in the mirror doesn’t feel familiar anymore.
Heather didn’t just change her body.
âś… She learned how to fuel herself without fear.
âś… She stopped seeing food as the enemy.
âś… She rebuilt confidence she thought was gone.
âś… She proved to herself that consistency beats perfection.
And perhaps most importantly...
She found herself again.
The best transformations aren’t measured by the scale.
They’re measured by the moment a woman starts believing in herself again.
So proud of you, Heather. ❤️
Love you friend. 🥹🫶🏼
You don’t need more glute exercises. You need better glute training.
One of the biggest myths I see with women is thinking that if their glutes are sore, they’re growing.
… and that isn’t necessarily true.
They’re not the same thing.
Soreness usually means your muscles experienced something new.
Growth happens when you consistently challenge those muscles over time through progressive overload, adequate recovery, and enough protein.
If your lower body day is filled with endless donkey kicks, fire hydrants, and banded burnout circuits, you might feel the burn... but that doesn’t mean you’re building the glutes you’re after.
The women who build strong, shapely glutes focus on:
✔️ Hip thrusts
✔️ Romanian deadlifts
✔️ Bulgarian split squats
✔️ Progressive overload
✔️ Adequate protein intake
The goal isn’t to leave the gym exhausted every time.
The goal is to leave the gym stronger than you were last week!
Stop chasing soreness.
Start chasing strength.
Most women don’t need a harder workout.
They need a smarter one!!!
Real progress doesn’t come from crushing yourself every session. It comes from a plan that allows your body to adapt, recover, and get stronger over time.
✔️ Week 1: Learn the movement
✔️ Week 2: Add reps or weight
✔️ Week 3: Push your limits
✔️ Week 4: Deload and recover
That’s called progressive overload and periodization; and it’s how you build strength, muscle, and confidence for the long haul.
