We're still smiling thinking back to our Halloween celebration at The Center at CenterPlace! Our management team, employees and their children, along with rehab patients and their families, enjoyed a festive afternoon full of smiles, creative costumes, and plenty of candy. 👻 🍬

Nothing sweeter than connection, creativity, and a little Halloween magic! 🎃✨ We were thrilled to partner with Greeley Village for a festive Trunk-or-Treat filled with smiles, treats, and community spirit. Thank you to everyone who made it a spook-tacular time! 🧡

We turned our meeting pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🎀💗 Grateful for the chance to come together, raise awareness, and honor the fighters, survivors, and loved ones in our community.

Many people believe hospice is about giving up, but the truth is, hospice is about living fully. Hospice care focuses on comfort, dignity, and meaningful moments, so patients and families can spend more time together and less time worrying about symptoms. It’s not the end of care, it’s a different kind of support that makes every day count. 🌸

We can’t stop thinking about all the fun we had celebrating Caregiver Month last month! 💕 Our Home Care and Hospice teams set up a Hydration Station at The Bridge at Greeley and The Center at CenterPlace as a little way to say “thank you” to the outstanding caregivers for all the love and energy they pour into others every day!

Celebrating National Assisted Living Week! ✨🤝💙

Our teams from Optimal Home Care & Hospice had the joy of honoring the incredible staff and residents who make assisted living communities so special. We enjoyed a staff BBQ at Cherry Creek Retirement Village, shared root beer floats at Melody Living in Colorado Springs, and connected with The Ridge at Pinehurst. We’re thankful for our amazing partners in care, who make every day brighter for the residents we serve!

We love having the whole crew together for our monthly all-staff meetings! 🤝🎉
