The most underrated spot in the Fitness Center? It might just be the Stretch Area.
Most of us are pretty good at making time for the workout itself. The stretching part? That's usually where we start cutting corners.
But spending just a few extra minutes here can help you move better, feel less sore, recover more comfortably and get more out of your next workout.
Not the flashiest part of the gym but definitely one of the most valuable.
Be honest: Do you stretch before your workout, after your workout, or are you still working on making it a habit?

One of the best ways to meet other members of the club is going on TONIGHT at our Member Mix & Mingle from 5:30–7:00pm in the Billiards Room.
Stop on by and grab a complimentary beer, enjoy some appetizers and hangout with fellow Members, new faces and the Young Professionals Group. Whether you've been a Member for years or just joined, everyone is welcome.
No agenda. No presentations. Just good conversations and maybe a couple rounds of billards.

Tomorrow night, put your knowledge to the test at Trivia Night in The Pub. Grab dinner, gather your smartest friends and get ready for an evening of laughs, friendly competition and plenty of surprises as G.A.T. Entertainment takes over from 7:00 - 9:00pm.
Seating is first-come, first-served, so come early and claim your spot.

Tomorrow is Free Guest Day at the DAC!
Bring a friend, coworker or family member to experience the Club with you. On the first Wednesday of each month, Athletic Guest Fees are waived, making it the perfect opportunity to work out together, grab a meal, take a class or simply show them around. Sign your guest in at the Atrium Desk and enjoy your day!
And if your guest joins within 72 hours of their visit, you'll receive a $200 referral credit.*
