Since I’m not as good at math or geometry as I think I am I had to take to the parking lot to layout this project for BetterTogetherFest. Saturday June 24, be there to see the give and take board in real life!

Another collab with for some holiday party decorations and signage for . We even changed the 0 and 00 to their logo on the roulette wheels.

Niki Cousins is the founder of Bloom Creative Labs .
She is a Denver native, artist, graphic designer, stepmom, dog mom, and avid fly fisher. After an eclectic work history in the outdoor retail, commercial real estate, and financial industries, she decided to make her part-time passion for art and graphic design her full-time job and launched Bloom Creative Labs in 2022. But don’t let that fool you. Niki has been playing around in graphic design since high school (a loooong time ago) and has been working directly with clients for over 10 years.
At Smedley Events, Niki is the heart of all things art and creative - her work and life experiences allow her to create unique projects tailored to her clients' specific needs.

Here is some Niki wisdom we are sharing with you:

✨ What excites you most about the work you do?
The things that excite me the most are 1. Colors; I love color. 2. Getting inside someone else's head and figuring out how to make their ideas reality. So many times people know what they want but aren't sure how to get it out creatively. Or they need a creative solution to a problem but aren't sure where to start.

✨ What is your mantra?
I am always fiddling and have a hard time deciding when something is actually finished so I have to remind myself all the time: Done is better than perfect, so stop overthinking and just get it done!

✨ How do you celebrate yourself and your successes?
CANDY!! Just kidding. That is one thing I am still learning and figuring out. Like a lot of women, I have a hard time celebrating myself and often downplay my successes. But with a lot of positive self talk I am starting to become my own biggest cheerleader. I also really love seeing my work in real life so I frame pieces that I am most proud of and hang them in my office. And also lots of candy.

Posted • Our goal is to keep kids fishing. That means at the end of a program each kid goes home with a fly rod, a pack with tools, a fly box full of flies and so much more. PLUS if they need more help, or more flies, or just to chat with a mentor, we are always available.
