Well I designed it to be mostly remote. Me and my team already work all the deals together. Bet ya didn't know that.

Whether it's yearly trips to France and Italy, snowboard trips, visits to my mom or off-road journeys to the middle of nowhere. As long as I have my phone, my laptop and internet, sometimes provided by Starlink, I make the deals happen.

So many of us know the struggle between what your heart wants and what your mind wants. My dad figured out how to blend them in perfect balance. He could switch between the 7 languages he spoke seamlessly and he knew how to cherish people. So even if we don't talk much or at all. Even if you think bridges were burned. I probably still think about you and my door is always open. Because of him.

17 years and counting.

I'm heading back to California.

11 years here has taught me a lot. I'm mostly the same person I was in 2015, but I know more s**t. Not smarter, just wiser. Definitely tougher. The greatest lesson I've learned here is this:

Let good things happen to you.

The gym.

The real estate.

The communities.

The love.

I didn't come here for any of it.

And yet, all of it found me. And I'm so glad it did. What if I had run from it?

If an opportunity finds you. If someone loves you. If people need you. Don't run. Everyone runs. It's easy. But it's way cooler to stay. Of course you aren't ready. That's the point. Stay. It could be the greatest thing you never thought would happen.

I’m very grateful for my time here. I’m very grateful for everyone who has been in my corner when I needed you. I’m proud of the things I’ve done. I’m going to miss my people here a lot. However, in recent years, I can't stop thinking about home. So it's time for me to go.

It's been a good run. Denver is a chapter I'll surely never forget.

This one was a journey. Listed in 2025 without much action. So we took it off the market and I managed a major exterior remodel to give it a facelift. Then we re-listed in March. The new exterior was a hit! And after all that work and a lot of phone calls we finally got this baby sold. Next task is to find the seller a rad spot in Ken Caryl.
