Three things we love about this one-bedroom home at One River North:

•the flow, like how you can enter the bathroom from the hallway, walk through a walk-in closet into the bedroom, and then enter the living room from there (or vice versa)

•the spacious walk-in-closet (!) and the built-ins in the entryway and hallway

•the dining nook, though our favorite place to sit is on the sofa in the living room, with views of our favorite bustling block of RiNo (including .bs and and …)

Our waterfall is turned off for the winter but we’re still enjoying the fire pit on the sixth floor of our expansive canyon space, which runs from the sixth floor to the ninth floor, inspired by the canyons carved from water throughout the Rocky Mountains. Continually impressed by the way designed the spaces at One River North to promote well-being for our residents and their visitors.
