Don’t forget, March 29, 2023, is IDD Awareness Day in Colorado! We are excited to join The Arc of Colorado, JFK Partners, and hundreds of disability champions to advocate at the Colorado Capitol! Colorado is so short on workers for people with disabilities that it’s starting a marketing campaign to find more Aging parents who care for adult children with intellectual and developmental disabilities are struggling to find room in day programs as a staffing crisis results in cut hours, long waitlists
