But then we milled the grain on brewday and it completely fried our motor mid-crush. Could it have been Thunderโ€™s explosive flavor? Did the Chit come with some unpaid bad juju IOU? Obviously, we ruled out our own excellent routine preventative maintenance. Luckily, we still managed to brew the beer and love the result. The grainy sweet malt backbone accentuates the peach tea, pink lemonade and orange blossom aromatics and flavors from the Luminosa hops, creating a beer that quite simply tastes like summer. And donโ€™t worry Root Shoot, even though you definitely broke our mill we still love you ๐Ÿ˜‰

๐—ก๐—ฒ๐˜„ ๐—•๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒ - Shrinkflation West Coast IPA (6.3%) - Hold up...Did we really just? Groceries, gas, now beer too? Even after that Westword article about beer pours vs glass sizes? Aw come on! Ok, ok, ok, we're just teasing...The only thing we actually shrunk in our newest release was the ABV. In fact we actually inflated our dry hop load (in this economy?!?!), so much so that we canโ€™t get all that hop saturated oil to fall out of suspension and drop clear. But weโ€™re sure youโ€™ll look past the slight haze while enjoying all those lemon-lime, cantaloupe and candied fruit rind flavors with a softly rounded bitterness. We promise we wonโ€™t ask for your wallet in return.

Weโ€™ll be donating $1 from every full pour of Love Letters to a local non-profit providing essential services and holistic, trauma-informed care to women, gender-diverse people, and their children experiencing homelessness or instability.

๐—ก๐—ฒ๐˜„ ๐—•๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒ - Easy Lover West Coast Pilsner (5.7%) - Galaxy, Mosaic, Nelson and Strata hops definitely got a hold on us. Tropical fruits, peach, light citrus and a touch of cannabis, weโ€™ll never regret it. All balanced with a snappy, lightly bitter and highly drinkable finishโ€”forget it! Swing by, try it and weโ€™re sure youโ€™ll see.

Public Offering: Easy to love since โ€˜22

๐—ก๐—ฒ๐˜„ ๐—•๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒ - Worth The Squeeze Hazy IPA (7.3%) - Have you ever been disappointed with a little extra squeeze? Maybe you donโ€™t necessarily need it, but when you get it, itโ€™s always worth it. Same goes with our newest hazy. We probably didnโ€™t need to squeeze all those tropical Nectaron, Superdelic, Rakau & Citra Cryo/Quantum hops in, but weโ€™re definitely not sad that we did. Well maybe a little sad because our yields suffered. So if you like it, maybe give us a little extra squeeze next time youโ€™re in.

Public Offering: Hoping to be your main squeeze since โ€˜22

๐—ก๐—ฒ๐˜„ ๐—•๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒ - Cloud Kickinโ€™ Hazy IPA (6.5%) - Aw man! We were all stoked to release this beer on a bright sunny day but we have to release it today because you all have been drinking so much of our beer that we arenโ€™t going to make the same mistake twice and go a day without a hazy IPA on our menu. On top of that, we probably shouldโ€™ve named this beer Worth The Squeeze (our other upcoming hazy IPA) instead of Cloud Kickinโ€™ cause it has all these bright mandarin, tangelo, tropical citrus and lychee flavors but we have to make can labels so far in advance before actually tasting the beer so weโ€™re kinda stuck with Cloud Kickinโ€™ but itโ€™s all good cause beer names are all kinda all over the place anyways and someoneโ€™s probably gonna nag us that we shouldโ€™ve named this beer something totally different like Fluffy Stuff. At least we didnโ€™t cancel school on you for some wet streets.

Public Offering: Pushing all the wrong buttons since โ€˜22

๐—ก๐—ฒ๐˜„ ๐—•๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒ - Paper Crane Rice Lager (4.5%) - Yeah, we know. We ruined a perfectly delicate rice lager by adding yuzu, lemongrass and ginger. But we couldn't help ourselves because it just tastes so damn refreshing.

Public Offering: Bastardizing traditional lagers since โ€˜22
