Our 1st spring show was definitely a good one !! Our 3rd year going to Beaumont and its always a great show!! Harold T Durham and his family always put on a great show. And tried a new place to eat with Connie Graham and it was awesome 👌 way better than the bad dinner we had Friday 😂

Had some major wins I wasn't expecting 🫣 I thought birds looked good but still can't believe how good everyone did in big classes. And got great reviews on my buff brahmas, just a mega tough Featherleg class.

He has found the small hole halfway up on the screen door on the chick trailer that he is now using as a chicken door🤦‍♀️ yesterday morning he was sitting next to the truck when I was checking the oil and today he was waiting on the bench for me when I came back out of the house after getting home

And he comes running over talking, ready to be picked up 🤣🤣 he's a mess

These are both keeper pullets that are high breeder to show quality and are from the same breeding pen as both my Champion Featherleg and Reserve Champion Featherleg pullets. Winner will get to choose which pullet they want.

They have always lived outside so they are sun bleached and not in show condition. But with a molt they would be ready to show if desired. They are both about 9mo and healthy to my knowledge. If they aren't already laying they should be soon.

Runs Saturday Feb 28th through Friday March 6th 8pm CST. If bidding is still happening at 8pm I will keep it open until we have had no bids for 5 minutes. All bids must be on this post only.

Transport or shipping is the buyers responsibility. Local pick up is Tioga Texas. I do have a Reserve in place.

The only reason I am letting a keeper pullet go is because I am having to now put air bags on my truck after it came home from the dealership and they threw out the aftermarket parts I had installed 6.5 years ago for towing when they replaced the rear suspension this last time. What I had on it is no longer made so im now looking at $900 to fix my truck which was not planned

6 trays set this week alone 🫣 I think I need to get another incubator set up and going 😅😅

And im still waiting on the polish and. cornish to get with the program 🙃

🤗🤗🤗 when your dark bantam brahmas are super similar in size and depth of body as your buffs. And that head on a 6mo 🤩

A very long and slow process that you don't think will ever progress anywhere and occasionally the stars line up to give you hope that you'll eventually get there. Still a long ways to go especially on color, but the pattern on these girls this year is already coming in crisper on their shoulders and they still have another 2 months to go.
